Customer testimonials
Before beginning this project, we compared a number of companies, but the quick response of Simul’s sales rep and coordinator and the various questions they asked from our perspective about what we needed was the determining factor. We are very appreciative.
We have great confidence in Simul not only because they firmly met the deadline but also because of their friendly and conscientious service. The translation made many detailed considerations and was very well received by the client and the native English speakers who came to the exhibition. Simul’s efforts helped raise the overall quality of the exhibition.
We asked Simul to translate specialized literature and we are very satisfied with the results. The terminology was translated accurately and we could tell from the notes that background research had ben done. It shows that Simul thoroughly researched the article, understood its content and then proceeded with the translation. We also very much appreciated the prompt and conscientious service provided by the sales rep and coordinator.
Translator profiles
Messages to customers from Simul translators with extensive experience in translation services.

Far from being a simple process of replacing words in one language with their equivalent in another, translation is an ongoing search for effective ways of conveying the intentions and nuances of the original, while thinking of where and how the document will be used. Along with accuracy, I try to create a translation that does not read like a translation.
Wataru Tenga
Translation is the ideal career for me, combining my love of language and a
lifelong interest in science, technology and other areas of knowledge.
Reflecting these dual interests, I entered university as a physics and
mathematics major, but eventually chose to concentrate on language studies.
I am fortunate for the opportunity to pursue this career at Simul, whose
coordinators and checkers are strongly committed to quality, and whose
discerning customers demand and appreciate that quality.

Translation is a service industry. Translations that use unnatural expressions overly beholden to the original or simply replace the source language with English are not adequate as a service provided to customers. With globalization starting to lose its luster, it is becoming increasingly important to learn about the cultures of other countries and convey one’s own culture to others through translation. I translate with a mission of firmly supporting customers doing business in other countries in a variety of fields, and I derive great joy from this.
Our coordinators propose optimal plans based on the customer’s needs.
