-Interpreteting at meetings, all hands, events, interviews, conferences, and other speaking opportunities ・90% simultaneous interpretation, 10% consecutive interpretation ・90% internal meetings, 10% meetings w/ external parties -Translating internal documents and other materials (up to 20% of overall task load) -Planning and managing tools, machinery related to interpretation and translation -Acting as a communication supporter for employees in Japan, US, China, and Singapore -Planning and executing linguistic programs 【受動喫煙防止対策】屋内禁煙 |
| 条件・資格 |
-3+ years of professional experience as a full-time interpreter providing simultaneous interpretation (whispering, panaguide, RSI) -2+ years of experience working in a corporate setting -Able to start work at 8am or even earlier at times in order to accommodate a global meeting with participants from the US. May need to be on a business trip for about 2-5 days (domestic and international) -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team setting -Interest in providing linguistic support beyond interpretation |
